Terms of Service (ToS) Changes:
- MultiMediaShare reserves the right to amend its policies at any time. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate termination. You will be held responsible for your actions in the manner described on these Terms and conditions.
Allowed Content:
- Allowed content policy is currently under review, the ammended policy will be available shortly.
Backup:
- MultiMediaShare does make regular backups of uploaded data, but
Suspension of Service or Cancellation:
- MultiMediaShare reserves the right to suspend account, site and network access to any user if in the judgment of MultiMediaShare that the users's server or account is the source or target of the violation of any of the other terms of the TOS or for any other reason which MultiMediaShare chooses. If inappropriate activity is detected, all accounts of the user in question will be deactivated until an investigation is complete. Prior notification to the user is not assured. In extreme cases, law enforcement will be contacted regarding the activity. The user will not be credited for the time the user's machines were suspended.
Indemnification:
- MultiMediaShare wishes to emphasize that in agreeing to the MultiMediaShare Terms of Service (ToS), user indemnifies MultiMediaShare for any violation of the Terms of Service (ToS) that results in loss to MultiMediaShare or the bringing of any claim against MultiMediaShare by any third-party.
Miscellaneous Provisions:
- MultiMediaShare takes no responsibility for any material uploaded by others. MultiMediaShare is not responsible for the content of any other websites linked to the MultiMediaShare Network; links are provided as Internet navigation tools only. MultiMediaShare disclaims any responsibility for any such inappropriate use and any liability to any person or party for any other person or party's violation of this policy.
- MultiMediaShare is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. MultiMediaShare does not make implied or written warranties for any of our services. MultiMediaShare denies any warranty or merchantability for a specific purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by MultiMediaShare.
Content Responsibility:
- You, as MultiMediaShare's user, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your MultiMediaShare account.
- Users agree not to remove, modify or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices that appear on Software Products or that appear during the use of Software Products. user further agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Products. user must also agree not to upload anything to cause harm to other users, or the user’s account will be terminated immediately upon finding the files.
